Pausing payments on a project

Hi there

I have a project that has been running for 14 months and we have been paying $100/month.

We need to pause the project due to budgetary constraints on us. Is it possible to do this and drop back to just having the free services or do we have to delete the whole project? Ideally we'd like to pause as we may be able to re-start the project at some point in the future.
