Open registration form

I have recent completed an app, and in the process doing a pilot test.
unfortunately, i am not able to get the registration form opened, all other
forms are working fine. whenever i try to open this form the error message
below is displayed:

Unable to fetch fixture at
https://www.commcarehq.org/a/{{DOMAIN}}/cloudcare/api/fixtures/eb423b9f819974589e071a50f33a65b2/item-list:Chiefdom_sections:
HTTP Error 404: NOT FOUNDcan anyone in the forum help or simply identify
where to locate the error and do the necessary changes.

Hi Sallieu,

I would recommend looking at any errors within your lookup tables, as this
appears to be where the issue is originating from.
