I have filled the form: reforco a desao seven times but when I click on the module Seguimento de referencias na US to follow up with the pateints, I see 7 empty lines as can be seen in app preview phone on the picture. (the names of patients are not shown).
I have done the validation and configured the open case condition, etc and I don't know what's happening. I have been trying to find the problem since morning. Any suggestions are welcome.
