We have two forms (Program Intake and APR) that ask users to upload 1-3 photos from their android mobile devices. Recently, we have had field users in Kenya who were not able to upload a photo without being kicked out of CommCare, losing all other data saved in the form. Could you assist me in understanding what may be attributed to this issue and what steps we can take to avoid this from happening?
Note - currently we have the photo size set to 'large' to improve the quality when we review these photos.
