Multimedia error message

Hello,
We recently discover that we are receiving the following error message when
installing the CommCare app onto a tablet. This seems to be only happening
when the app is installed because we have an additional tablet that already
had the app on it and it was fine with taking the updated version we
deployed. We've tried installing with old deployed verions but still have
the problem, so it can't be anything we have updated.

Hi,

Sorry you have been experiencing issues and thanks for reaching out to us.
For specific problems like this, we recommend using the "Report an Issue"
button (you can find this at the bottom of any page in CommCareHQ). It
gives us additional information about your project that will help us
resolve the issue more quickly. When you run into issues specific to your
project, this is the best way to reach out to us. We hope that you'll use
the commcare-users mailing list for general questions and discussions about
CommCare.

For now, please make sure that you have checked the "Install Multimedia"
checkbox before scanning the application bar code. If you have done this
and are still experiencing problems, please use "Report an Issue" to
contact us.

Thanks,
Amelia

Thank Amelia,
I did what you suggested and wrote to report an issue since the multimedia
box has been checked and still no luck. Unfortunately haven't heard back
yet. Any suggestions????
