Mobile worker display issue

Hi ,

I have installed Comm care HQ locally . when i created mobile worker it
created successfully and also synced with mobile .
However when i reopen mobile worker it not show me mobile worker list
instead of it shows
There was an issue contacting the server. Please check your internet
connection. If this issue continues, please file a bug report
http://192.168.100.3/a/test/settings/users/commcare/#modalReportIssue.

Hey did you find a fix to this problem? I am currently having the same
