# Mobile user and location bulk upload APIs

Hi,

I'm wondering if there are APIs available to bulk upload a file for mobile user creation or editting, or org structure/location creation and editting. Something similar to the [lookup table](https://wiki.commcarehq.org/display/commcarepublic/Bulk+upload+Lookup+Tables) and [case](https://wiki.commcarehq.org/display/commcarepublic/Bulk+Upload+Case+Data) bulk upload APIs. I don't see anything in the documentation about these.
