Hi,
Two mobile users have been trying to upload forms but I can't find their
forms when I try to look at the data and export the forms. I can, however,
see their activity and the forms under Raw forms, errors and duplicates
(there are no errors associated with the forms). Can anyone tell me what
may be happening and how I can resolve this issue?

Hello,
Depending on how backed up our servers are there can be a lag between when
the form is received by CommCareHQ (and shows up in Raw Forms) and when the
form is processed and shows up in reports. If more than an hour or so has
passed, please report an issue and someone on our team can take a closer
look.
