When

I set up an automated email to user groups based on case properties will it
send out emails for all case properties that have already been created or
only those created moving forward. I set a test and woke up with 10
thousand emails. Part of that was because I had my email 4 times on the
group under different users, but we only have 500 cases so I don’t
understand why that would be?

The rules will try to match any cases in your project, whether they were
created before or after you create the rule.

I’ll email you off-thread to understand your use case and check your
configuration.
