Menu on app missing

Has anyone experienced the menu missing on the mobile app? Can’t update or
change language or do anything. I’m not using my tablet, so i am not sure
if this is just a problem with the hardware.

Grateful for any advice.

Nevermind…i found out that i need to use physical menu button.
