Lookup Table Error

Dear All,
I am trying to the my first ever Lookup table but unfortunately I am
getting the error message below:

Unable to fetch fixture at
https://www.commcarehq.org/a/{{DOMAIN}}/cloudcare/api/fixtures/93164eff74d7a0f37c4b7f37c69dfd78/item-list:Facility:
HTTP Error 412: PRECONDITION FAILED

What does it mean and what can I do to resolved it. This happened in
Cloudcare mode. I have read that Lookup Tables do not work well in
CloudCare but I think this has to do with probably the setup.

Shall appreciate you help so much.

Yaw

Hello,

We usually see this error when someone is using CloudCare as a user that
doesn't have access to this fixture or when logged in as a web user (which
do not have access to fixtures). Can you confirm you're logged in as a
mobile user with the correct fixture access?

Best,
Will

Hi William,
Thank you for the response. Yes, I logged in as web user. I am now building
the form and wanted to try what has been done so far to make sure I got it
right before making a new version and then move it onto the mobile.

So how do I get access to fixtures? I am on Pro Bone.

Unfortunately this isn't possible at the moment - web users cannot access
fixtures in the same way that they cannot be assigned cases. You can still
view this form in CloudCare; however, to do so you will need to be logged
in as a mobile worker that has access to this fixture.

To do this its often helpful to open a separate Incognito window in your
browser (so that you can login as a mobile user without logging out of your
web user account). The credentials will be [username]@[domain].
commcarehq.org and the normal password.

Best,
Will

Hi William,
Not sure what I did but it worked this time when I clicked on the Preview
Form whilst logged in as a web user. The Lookup Table is also working as
expected.

Thank you

But I am still interested in knowing how to log in as a mobile user so
please if my user name is say "nanayaw", what should I enter as the
domain? And will that be nanayaw@[domain].commcarehq.org

Hi William,
Sorry, just checked and I am logged in as a mobile user. This means the
instructions you gave worked. I did open a new window and entered my
username and password and then went back to the original window and clicked
the Preview Form.

Thank you very much. Please ignore the last request concerning how to log
in as a mobile user.
