Login Sharing by mobile workers

Hi everyone,

Please i have a question, is there a problem using 1 username and password for more than 1 mobile workers.
E.g Worker A logs in with the same login details with Worker B at the same time on different phones.

Hi Augustine,

One of the problems with using the same user on multiple devices would be that you would not be able to identify which case belongs to which worker. Furthermore, as the number of cases increase(since all cases belong to the one user), the sync process would take considerably larger amount of time.

So it's better to have a unique user details for each worker. If you are looking to share cases, you can use case-sharing feature Case Sharing - CommCare Public - CommCare Public
