I'm trying to assign a particular location to a mobile worker, but cant
find location tab on edit page. I'm following this page

Have you made sure to create your Organization structure first as outlined
by this page?
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Organizations
The ability to add mobile workers to a location/the location tab does not
appear until an Organization structure has been created.
