Hi All,
Is there an easy way on HQ to download an excel list of inactive cases?

Hi Michael,
An easy way to do this would be to export all the currently open cases from
the Export Cases, Referral, and Users page. The data exported to excel
will include the date the case was last modified (column "modified_on").
In excel, you can easily sort the data by this date and discard any
inactive cases.
For guidance on how to use excel to sort & filter, see our documentation
here: Sorting & Auto Filters - CommCare Public - CommCare Public

HQ classifies as case as "inactive" in the Case Activity Report if the case
has not been modified (no form has been filled out against the case) in the
past 120 days.
To see full definitions of how each column in the case activity report
works, hover your mouse over the (?) symbol in each column header.
