Linking between forms

Hi all,

I would like to seek your help on how to link 2 forms in the same module. I
am a relatively new user of CommCare so please bear with me.

The first form has a question, for example: "List all medicines that you
have taken yesterday", and then household members who took the medicine.

In the second form, I want to use the responses from the first form to link
them in my second form. For example, for those medicines taken by household
member 2, I want them to show in the second form,

Just to clarify,

I need to link responses of question ID *A5_MEDi *(Sec A, list of
medicines taken) to Sec B question ID *A3_MEDi, *but only if A6_MEM=1
(say, only if the household member who took it is person X='1'). The
complexity is A5_MEDi is in a repeat group. I tried to follow this one

but I cannot seem to make it work for Sec A.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
