Last sync

Hi everyone,

I’d like to import the date of last sync for each mobile user into Excel. So far there
would be two ways to access this information :

  1. In the Application Status report
  2. Parsing the Device logs details report “user” tags for the User Sync Successful
    string

However, none of these reports seem to allow exports to Excel.

Did I miss something, there ?

Many thanks,

Hey Charles,

I think you can get this information from the raw export of the “mobile
device report” forms on the form exports page.

Let me know if that doesn’t work.

I’ve never paid attention to this export before, thanks. However I’m not sure to
understand what each row stands for. There is a column called
"server.last_sync_token", so I guess that every sync generates a new record in the
DB, isn’t it ?

That’s right. I’m not super familiar with the device log formats either but
was just hoping that the information would be somewhere in them.

I don’t get the same results while comparing this form with the builtin report.
Maybe it is caused by the DB issues and one of the reports doesn’t source up-to-
date data ? I’ll try this again next week.

Many thanks Cory,
