# key confusion

Hello everyone,

In multimedia CommCare, the # button plays audio. However, for text entry
fields, it also changes the text input (upper-case, lower-case, numeric),
but gives no feedback on which input has been selected. Needless to say
this has brought about some confusion.

I was thinking that maybe we could disable the changing of text input and
default to upper-case. Any other thoughts? Could something like this be done
relatively quickly?

Thanks,
Derek

Derek,

Apologies for that. The behavior is a bit different between phones,
and it's kind of tricky to catch the event for this. I'll try to make
sure this gets into place for CommCare 1.1's upcoming release.
