Issue with synchronisation of CommCare database and app

Hi all,

I have some issue regarding synchronizing the app and the database.
I archived some wrong form entries but when I log in into the app to
recapture the information, the app is not updated and shows the wrong
inputs.
I tried a number of times to synchronize and also to log off and log in
again but the wrong entry is still there.

Could you please advice? Thank you.

Can you specify what you mean by “the wrong entry” - does this refer to a
case? If so, cases will only be cleared if all forms updating that case
(not just the create form) are archived.

If you’ve done this and the inconsistent data still persists you can try
using “Clear User Data” as specified here
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/CommCare+Android+Troubleshooting
(being
sure to submit all unsent forms before doing so).

Thanks for your help.
With wrong entry, I am referring to a wrong form entered for that specific
case. All the previous form are correct, just the last one has some input
errors and I’d like to archive it to be able to re-capture it once again
correctly.
