Issue with integer number questions

Hi All,

We're having an issue with the numbers questions in CommCare. For an
integer prompt, if you put the number, press "done" on the 10-key pad and
then swipe or go to the next question, the answer is not saved, but shows
up in a saved form as --. Is this normal? Should I just train my staff not
to push the "done" button? Or is there a fix I can make in the XML so that
it doesn't do this?
