Issue downloading application on HQ 1.0

Dear Users,

We are currently fixing an issue with downloading an application onto the
phone through the CommCare HQ 1.0 Build Manager. This should only affect
people trying to build an application in the next couple of hours, and I'll
send out an update when this problem is fixed.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we are working hard to maintain
robust and bug-free code.

Dear Users,

This issue has been resolved. The fix applies even to applications saved
during the time when the downloading was not functioning properly. Sorry for
the inconvenience.
