I want to highlight links between cases and store these as a case property
within a case.
Each of my cases has a unique code and I want to use this code to indicate
a link with the current case and another case in the data table. A way to
ensure that the 'link code' is entered correctly would be to have a lookup
table of all existing cases. However, maintaining this lookup would be
impossible as the lookup table would need to be updated every time a new
case (with a unique code) was added.
A way around this would be to use the existing case list as a lookup table.
Is this possible?
