Is CommCare down?

Hi all,

Is anyone else experiencing problems with commcare this morning? A large group of my mobile workers cannot log in or if logged in and try to open a form commcare crashes. Any similar experience this morning? Or is there some maintenance thats happening?

they are still unable to open forms even after re-installing both commcare
and scanning the barcode

How can users revert to 2.15 if they have updated from playstore? So that
they are able to use the application in the mean time?

I’m not sure if my last message came through.

A new version of CommCare, which fixes this issue, has been sent to the
Google Play Store, but it may take a few minutes for Google to publish it.
When the “What’s New” section includes information about 2.16.1, the new
version is available:

Unfortunately, the APK is now too large to attach to attach to an email.

2.16.1 is now public on the Google Play Store, and it should fix this issue.
