I am trying to install a new application the same way I have always done,
and I get an error that says "the certificate you received from the server
was invalid...." In searching your posts, it looks like you might have
renewed the certificate again. is this the issue? How do I resolve.

Hi Jason,
You are correct that we are in the process of renewing our SSL certificates
(in order to handle SHA1 deprecation). We have rolled back the changes for
now and your app installations should be working again.
