Internal error handling request: <type 'java.lang.NullPointerException'>: java.lang.NullPointerException: Case date last modified cannot be null

Hi all,

We are witnessing the below error when using CloudCare. This is only
happening when we try to submit the 3rd Form in our application. I have
also attached a screenshot of the issue. Has anyone experienced this before
and if so could you let us know what you did to overcome it?

internal error handling request: <type 'java.lang.NullPointerException'>:
java.lang.NullPointerException: Case date last modified cannot be null
