I am having problems wiith user login, user login give me error that "incorrect users name and password". this happen after computing the correct users name and PW. am trying one one my mobile workers phone. she cant login. pls help me with a solution.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing problems logging in! Below I'm listing a
couple of suggestions, though certainly let us know if you keep having an
issue.
1- Passwords are case sensitive and sometimes the phone keyboard will try
to automatically capitalize letters. So I'd recommend looking very
carefully at each letter while typing in the password. Usernames are not
case sensitive.
3- Try resetting the password for your mobile user (see the link above for
more information on how to do this) and then logging in. You will need a
network connection to log in for the first time.
4- Make sure that your phone's time and date are correct. Incorrect
date/time on the phone can cause errors when trying to log in.
