Our field team would like to start some forms on CommCare and save them as incomplete. If we do that and then try to update the CommCare app version later, is there any chance that we lose any data or incomplete forms? Or is this safe to do?
It is safe to update CommCare with incomplete forms on the device. This is functionality that we test before each mobile release to ensure incomplete and saved form records remain on the device after updating CommCare.
