Incomplete beneficiary information using export cases

Hi there,

I am hoping to get a little clarity regarding the use of exporting cases
versus forms for analysis purposes

I have two forms:in one form (Registration) I collect basic data about
individuals (name, income level etc), and in the second form (Services
Accessed) I enrol the individuals in various activities (apprenticeships,
trainings etc.). In order to track our beneficiaries, I need to be able to
bring the data from the two forms together to conduct analysis, e.g. to
know how many apprentices have a particular income level.

I had thought that I would able to use Export Cases in order to download
this combined information. However, it seems that only information from the
Services Accessed information is displayed there - despite the fact that I
have made sure that data from all questions in the Registration form is
saved to case properties. So I can see how many people did what activity,
but not what their demographics are (income level etc.).

Please let me know if you can advise what I need to do in order to pull in
the date from the Registration form.

Hi John,

I took a look at your application and it appears as though the Case
Management is sound for these two forms at this time.

Did you make changes to the Case Management recently? Please ensure that
users are running the latest version of your application and let me know if
you still see that properties are not being saved from the forms to the
case for newly submitted data. Note that forms that has already been
submitted previously to your case management configuration will not
retroactively create cases.

You are starring your builds in HQ, so you should be able to use "Update
CommCare" from your mobile device to get the most recent build.
