Importing Cases from Excel file

Hello,

I have been trying to import cases from an excel file. There are 247 cases
and 10 lines for each case.

Generally when I try to upload this file, the status bar freezes at 40% and
does not move. Sometimes, the status bar for the upload does not even
appear. I have left my computer running overnight at the bar has remained
at 40% so I'm fairly certain there is a problem.

Is there solution for this problem?
