How to close a case when a case property is set to true

I tried to close a case when a case property "CloseCase" equal to "Yes". I click the gear icon next to my Close form. at the new window on the right, there is a checkbox "Close this case when the form is complete". I expect I could see the condition setting after I click the checkbox, but nothing appears. Do i miss anything on how to close a case?

Hi Allen -

It's possible that the "Case Conditions" setting has not been enabled for your application. Can you give the following steps a try to enable this for your project?

  1. Select the gear icon in the upper left hand corner next to your application name.
  2. Select the Add-Ons Tab
  3. Select the Menu option (3 stacked lines) and enable the Case Management setting
  4. Check the box next to "Case Conditions"
