Hello fellow Comm care users,
We are new users of the SMS feature and we did try out sending messages to our mobile phones before we can try with other colleagues but its taken now longer than 24 hours. We selected the right gateway. We have the phone numbers with the country code, we saw from the screen that the message was sent out but we don't see the SMS reaching our phones.
Not sure how long that should take, we are in Uganda.
