Granting one mobile user access to only one follow up form in an application

Hi,

Was wondering how to allow one mobile worker to access only one (of
several) follow-up forms in an application. I tried accessing those two
ways form display conditions
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Form+Display+Conditions along
with custom user data
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Custom+User+Data but
this is not what I was looking for .

Hi Majd,

Can you elaborate on why using form display conditions with customer user
data won't work for you? That's the workflow I'd recommend for what you're
trying to do.
