Form disappeared from CommCareHQ App

I hope you can help.

I have just spent two days building a form in an App in CommCareHQ and
today when I have gone back to it to continue there is nothing there, not
even a blank form building page. The name of the App, Module and form are
still there but no questions. See screen shots.

Any help appreciated.

Hi,
I think it is a bug because all ten apps that I have built are not showing
up. I gave reported though but yet to check if it has been resolved

A temporary fix suggested by our developers is to refresh the page, or do a
hard refresh by pressing CTRL on your keyboard and then clicking on the
refresh button on the browser.
