I have been trying to upload fixtures via excel files.
I have done this before many a times in the same project but today it is
not happening.
The file gets successfully uploaded but the fixtures are not generated
somehow.
(project space is digitalgreen)

We've heard of this issue from other users as well. We're looking into it
as soon as we can.
In the meantime could you send an email with the upload url you are using
and the file to commcarehq-support@dimagi.com so we can look more closely?
