Celery service is failed to start, could you please look into it?

FAILURE (Took 0.01s) celery : analytics_queue has been blocked as long as we can see (max allowed is 0:30:00)

blocked restarting the celery service might fix this issue. if not, apply code deploy. this happened after a hot shutdown last week.
