I follow up the link bellow:
Assigning cases to one of multiple groups
step by step, and every things is ok, but
when I export the data from the form not case it didn't give me the name of the group, just gave me number : "3aa94f14056a84206832f3da69a6d0f2"
but when I export case it gave me the name of group:

So, How I can Export the data from Form with the name of Group (owner_name)
