Would it be possible to enable an export of Mobile Workers as a daily
report, showing say: User Name, First Name, Last Name, Group, and Date
Registered?

Would this just be a one-time/occasional export? You could get most of
that information from the Bulk User Upload file:

The only piece of information missing would be the date of registration;
I'm not aware of any straightforward way to access that information in an
export.

No it will be frequently used. I have set up the equivalent of a worker
activity report as part of a Power BI dashboard. At the moment it only
shows usernames which is too cryptic for the organisations concerned. I
could get around it by uploading the worker names and usernames to a
special form but that might become quite onerous.

Maybe others on the list have another idea - one approach might be to save
the metadata about the workers to each form and then use some calculations
to extract the unique values over a given period of time. You can reference
those values in a form by using the expressions listed at the bottom of
this page:

It may also be possible to pull in the mobile worker data by using the API,
though that may not work with your setup:
