Export function problem

Hello,

I did a bulk export on the forms that I created, and it's showing blank
data. as below

but If I go to the submit history and view the form, there are data inside
as below so I'm not sure what's going on. Is anybody able to help?

second problem is: when I go to Reports-> Daily Form Activity - date period
is from 1st Oct to 31st Oct 2016
There are total of 40 forms submitted, below

but I go to Reports -> Submission by Form within the same date period.
The numbers of total forms submitted should be the same with the total
forms in "Submission by Form" section?

Does anybody know what I might do wrong? or is it the reporting has issues?

Hi Kishan,

I did send a bug report just to be told that I'm a free users that cannot
submit any bugs unless I have other types of plan.
I think this is a bug that should be addressed whether or not I have a
plan, and the person asked me to again to post on the forum..

Hi Lina,

To your first question I would recommend comparing the question label in
your exports to the question label in the submitted forms. If these
question labels have changed (IE in a new application version) then the
data might no longer load properly in your exports. In this case you might
need to create a new export.

To your second question I believe this can happen when forms are submitted
that are deleted in later versions of your application. Is it possible that
this is what happened here?

Hi Will,

Thank you for the reply, now it makes sense, finally somebody can explain
the problem. We did some changes on the forms...
I should've keep the old forms and adding in a new one, instead of deleting
the old ones.
