Hello!
I've built an excel dashboard that is linked to a daily saved export on
CommCare. I do not have any issues using it, but when I sent it to one of
my colleagues to use they keep getting the below error message when they
try to refresh the data:
"unable to open https://...[url]... cannot download the information you
requested"
I'm not sure what this error message could be linked to. I wonder whether
it has anything to do with us using different versions of Windows (I'm on
Windows 7 and he's on Windows 10)?
Has anyone experienced this before? If so how can I overcome this?
