Error when adding mobile user

When I select ‘Create Mobile User’, before I’ve even typed in a username
I’m seeing the following message below the text field:

Checking Availability… {{ usernameStatusMessage }} {{
usernameStatusMessage }} Issue connecting to server. Check Internet
connection.

I’m having no internet connectivity issues and have tried this on both
Firefox and Chrome. I’ve been unable to add any mobile users. I can fill in
the information, the status below username does not change, and when I hit
Create, no mobile user is created.

Hi Lizzy,

I just tried this on one of my projects and it seemed to be working. If you
are still experiencing this can you report an issue from CommCareHQ by
clicking on the question mark on the top right corner? The support team
will take a closer look.
