# Error in creating new version

Hi,  
I am getting following error while creating new version.

#### Cannot Create Menus

- Details: unexpected error: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe2 in position 21964: ordinal not in range(128).

Please suggest.

Please submit a bug report by navigating to your project on CommCareHQ and using the "Report an Issue" option found by clicking the question mark in the top right corner of the page where you're experiencing the error. This will give us the necessary details to fix this bug.
