I get this error "Sorry! CommCareHQ is undergoing some maintenance at the
moment, we hope to be back online as soon as possible!" whenever I try
deleting a test user from CommCareHQ.
Tried four different times and I keep getting the same error and the user
is still existing even after this.
Would there be any reason for this?

Hi Mourice,
We have seen this issue in our logs and are looking into a workaround. It
is an error that happens when you try to delete a user that has submitted a
very large volume of forms.
We'll get back to you when this is resolved.
