Error after updating lookup tables

I am facing a slight issue in the app. I updated my look up table with new
village names and closed previous cases not required. However when I am
trying to choose the new location, I am getting the following error-

path nodeset has more than one node
[instance(villages)/villages_list/villages[3]/name[1];instance(villages)/village_list/villages[3]/name[2]];cannot
convert multiple nodes to a raw value.Refine path expression to match only
one node.

Please help!

Hi Prerna. If you follow the instructions here
https://confluence.dimagi.com/display/commcarepublic/Bug+Reports for
reporting an issue from your project space, someone will be able to look
into it more closely for you.
