Email triggers

Hi,

We have a question in our survey form that asks whether the issue is urgent
or not. We want to set up an email trigger that can email the issues (with
a link!) to the relevant person based on answers to the survey questions.

Is this doable?

Hi Emily,

It is possible to send emails in response to case changes once those case
updates have been synced to server, and this feature requires the standard
plan or higher.

I’ll email you off-thread to discuss your use case to see if that will work
or not.
