Dear All,
Is it possible on commcareHQ to set to be notified via email when a
particular form is submitted?
And if possible, form to be emailed along as an attachment?

Hi Peter,

This is not possible, though such a tool could be written using the APIs
with a bit of scripting. What’s the use case you’re trying to support?

Hi Cory,
In one of our projects, we refund money for transport to community health
workers when they have referred a clients to the health facility, So we use
the referral form as an evidence for referral.

I see. Could you setup a scheduled email report instead? The submissions by
form report should be able to show this information (and you can adjust the
filters to show any specific form/time range you want).
