We have a requirement that we want business to provide Edit apps permission so that they can change display text of fields.
is it possible that they have permission to change display text but not other stuffs like - Question ID, display condition etc.

Hi Vipin,
Unfortunately this isn't currently supported by CommCare HQ's app builder, but it definitely makes sense. I've forwarded this idea onto our product team to consider in a future release.
In the mean time, you may find the bulk application translations tool helpful, which will allow an external party to participate in the translation process without needing edit permissions to the app builder.
