Do you also find this terminology confusing? "Display condition" on Hidden Value fields (which are never displayed)

Even after much use of CommCare, I still have to think carefully each time
about where I put functionality in Hidden Value settings fields.

This is due to the confusing naming of these fields:
"Calculate condition" - this is not a condition, it is the actual
calculation that is performed
"Display condition" - this doesn't affect any "display" - it actually
determines whether the calculation is performed or not.

I propose these changes:

These changes should only be applicable to Hidden Value questions, not
other types.

Hi Andy,
What about Calculation Box/Field instead of just Calculation? For the
Display Condition, I think it is clear.
