Hi,
If I have a question, for eg.

Which all of the below are available in the hospital?

  1. LR
  2. OT
  3. Lab
  4. Others

and if the answer is 1 & 3,
Can I go to the corresponding forms for LR and Lab in the same module?
If this is possible, how to do it?

Hello,

Sorry for the long reply in getting back to you. There is not a direct way
to do what you are asking but it is possible to put together. Here are the
pieces that should help this to work.

  1. You can set properties in the case for the answers to these questions
  2. You can use end-of-form navigation to have the user choose from a list
    of forms after they have entered the information for a given form.
