Hello,

More detail on Form Completion vs Form Submission times can be found on
this page:
[https://help.commcarehq.org/display/commcarepublic/Form+Completion+versus+Form+Submission](https://help.commcarehq.org/display/commcarepublic/Form+Completion+versus+Form+Submission)

Specifically, when the form submission time is before completion time, it
is often the case that the phone's time is wrong.

Hope this helps,

Jeremy
