"Days since" in case list not updating

I’ve been noticing that the “days since last” field in any given user’s
case list on the app is not updating. They’ve been submitting and syncing
forms daily, but currently this field says that days since is 6 days. This
has been incrementally increasing by one each day. Is there a way to
correct this?

Could you clarify what you mean by " ‘days since last’ field in any given
user’s case list" if possible by providing a screen shot? Apologies but I’m
not clear what you’re referring to.

Without knowing the details of your application I’d guess that the case
property “Days since last” calculates from is not being updated in the
forms that the users are filling out.

Hi Lizzy,

Confirming that you are using the “Time since or Until date” format in your
case list screen? If that is consistently not updating it may be a bug on
our side. If you are unable to resolve, could you please report an issue
from the module where this is happening?
