Data missing in download from skip logic questions

I've seen this issue with other folks and the suggestion that a single
download versus a bulk download would resolve this issue. This hasn't
worked for us.

We have seen this issue in multiple forms now. General data coming though
in downloads from "normal questions" blank cells for skip logic questions.

Please advise.

Hey Ashley,

Thanks for your question. Is data that was entered on the phone just
missing from your single downloads? Are those columns included in the
export you've created?
